POCKETS FED SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Pockets Fed.

Shipping & Processing Time  
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Responsibility  
Once your order has been processed and shipped, Pockets Fed is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). After the package leaves our facility, the responsibility of delivery falls on the shipping provider.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate your package.

Returns & Refunds  
We accept returns and refunds within 7 days of the delivery date only.

To be eligible for a return or refund:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items must have no damage, stains, or signs of wear
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Any return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items  
Items marked as final sale, discounted items, or promotional purchases may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Process  
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

Pockets Fed reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
